    Rage is still affected because he hits like a kitten when he's not in his little enrage (and even that got nerfed like crazy). But paladins also get a good chunk of mana back from BoSanc and 1/2 Spiritual Attunement. Pally tanks shouldn't be having OOM issues as long as they drop consecrate from their rotation.

    if you still did not get this, the only other choices are 1/5 benediction or 1/2 BoM. half BoM is the only viable alternative, since a paladin with mana problems is either grossly outgearing the content or does not know how to play his class. 2% mana is about 160 mana more. that is not even enough for a judgement.

    There is no single BiS set for tanks. BiS is -always- relative to a specific goal.

    Its still more TPS than 969. Therefore saying that 969 is the max threat rotation is false.
