So Black magic VS 63 SP

Hello, just looted a new dagger in icc 10 man, just wonder which enchant i should go for,
the new revamped black magic or the ordinary 63 sp.

Im arcane specced and have around 2650 sp 600 haste, which enchant will i benefit the most from?
