When switching to a 1-handed weapon and shield in PvP, what kind of weapon is recommended? Would you choose one with defensive stats or offensive stats?

Defensive weapons.
Stam > Resil > Defense > Block Value > Dodge > Parry > Agility
Only time you want to switch to a shield offensively is to dispel using shield slam.skott#1374 - add me to expand your b.net friends list of reliable players for raiding/arena.
