T10 Ret for me?/Wep

Im thinking here. The shoulders are 2nd cheapest but I heard having 2 pc t9 2pc t10 is awesome atleast untill you get 4pc. Should I just get the shoulders or save up for the head? Im not really interested at all with the chest and plan to get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49951 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50801. Also what weapon would be a good upgrade for me that I could last awhile with?( im to poor to buy the stuff for shadows edge )

go for shoulder since you are about 50 hit over the cap :P

actually in my pvp spec my prot one has the glyphs i hate switching back and forth.

and not im not dumb for getting the gloves. I plan to replace my chest with mostly the 10 man icc one which will lower my hit by 70.
