It is helpful to link your armory. I can only assume things now. As far as I know only the affliction-tree has a direct talent to increase your lifetap amount. Perhaps the self-buffed armor scales with it too?

I have a problem with dual spec in that my PVE build had all the wrong spell ranks when i changed over to it the first time for some reason.

That is sexy gear indeed. :-) I haven't played my warlock in a year hence I made the wrong assumption, it didn't even come close to my thoughts that it was the spell-rank.

Well, me and my friend both tried Moonkin for fun and even though we had the same spec and I had 400 sp more, he was critting like 2k more then me with Starfire and that was when I noticed that my dual spec didnt auto upgrade my stuff :P

Rankwatch is a thing of beauty. We ran ICC25 this week and aggroed the Death Wards for the rep boost their destruction provides. So, this thing does that spell where he locks casters out of whatever spell school they're using, and I switch over to the hotbar that carries my destruction spells for emergencies like this. I start casting incinerate, and my entire chat log turned purple like it was the new black. And at the very moment, you could hear the awkward silence over vent as many, many guildies discovered the exact same thing: they hadn't updated their off-school bars.
