Think it starts at level 20 and than 1 extra point each 4 levels.

Wouldn't that ammount to only 15 points at 80 while they have 16?
You could be right, think I'll check to be sure.

Checked Petopia, that still lists level 20, ammounting to 16 points indeed at 80.
