Want to try out deathknight tanking but my account is bugged

Hello I would like to start tanking as a deathknight but the trainer seems to be bugged as it will not teach me shields. Could someone test this bug or is there a special quest? This is my deathknights armory to see if he is geared enough for heroics tanking yet:

I have been taking alot of damage tanking with a 2 hander sword compared to other tanks and need to use a shield soon because healers are starting to complain. Is there something I have to do before I get shields?

Tell the healers they suck and keep tanking with 2h. Shield is just awful. But if you really wanna use one, ask a blizzard employee if they can teach your toon how to use shields.

When you figure this one out, tell me. I want to learn shields on my druid. Dodge alone is just not cutting it in these really tough heroics any more, and i want to learn shields so I can get block for when tank in boomkin form.

I believ the OP, if im back from work ill post a screenshot form a pala complaining that our tank DK hasnt a shield equipped and he should do rather DPS than tanking ...
