t10 2 peice str vs arp for fury.

Is it possibly worth goin back to stacking strength since the t10 2 peice is based off our attack power? Also does the t10 2 peice add ap for procs during a fight? Such as berserking proccing and then the t10 set bonus procs would it go off of that number at the time?

For the second question, I think it does. For the first question, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that no it won't be worth it. The buff from the set bonus I've found has around 10% uptime, often less, so while you might gain a slight bit of dps during the proc if you're fully strength gemmed, it won't be anywhere close to the dps you can from having hardcapped arp all the time.
