    Re: any tips

If I were you I would switch. Gemming all ArP (leaving out a gem for your nightmare tear and your meta) you have 13 slots which = 260 ArP thru gems also assuming you use all epic. No need to worry about socket bonuses unless you a.) need hit or b.) the bonus is ArP. You can use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41398 as your meta and a http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49110 in a random socket to activate your meta. You will notice a DPS increase, I know I did. Hope this helped some.

You are far from ready to switch to ArP stacking. Wait until you have 750+ ArP just from your gear and then stack it. It is only when breaking into the 1k-1.1k range that you will see a dps increase. From that point it becomes better and better and just keep looking toward hard capping yourself (1400 rating).

Changing all of his gems to ArP at his relatively low passive ArP would NOT be a dps increase. You need about 750-800 passive ArP before you begin gemming it, as the above poster said. If you gem too much ArP, you'll lose too much agil for it to be an increase.

Let me just get right on making that Orange ArP gem..oh wait

Taking my stat weighing from Female dwarf the ArP+20 gem is about .500 more dps than doing a 10agi/10crit gem to get a socket bonus of 6 agi
