Not many icons at all, tend to hide them all in folders. I get daily wallpapers from Bing Desktop, and have a weather widget. Nice and simple.

Basically, start by adding the URL-code. It starts with a -tag and ends with a -tag. The link should be to the bigger image.
Then, between these two tags you add the image that will be displayed; . This link should be to the smaller thumbnail (which is automatically created when using imgur - just add a L to the end of the image name, right before .jpg; ).
Trying to learn how Windows works:
Or rather trying to setup a Windows environment that isn't completely frustrating so I can give Windows 8 a fair try when it comes out. I'm normally a Mac user (and before that I had only really used UNIX (hp/ux, aix, a/ux) or UNIX-like environments (freebsd, linux) and I guess BeOS. Windows is very different from what I'm comfortable with - I never really used it for anything beyond playing Warcraft (and only because WoW runs poorly on mac os 10).
