I never thought much about it, but i think it depends on the Difficulty.
If its Hard enough that the US and EU guilds struggle long enough that Stars get a chance om the First, i think they will get it.
But because I think that US/EU would com First i voted for Ensidia, and second i would Vote for Paragon.
Both seems good enough to get it.

The ban pissed off Ensidia like you would not believe, if anyone is going to get it or die trying it will be them. Why even put Blood Legion in the vote hahaha, the fact that they posted a 10 man normal mode kill "world first" shows to you just how long it's been since they got an actual world first.

I think Ensidia will get the LK HM.
I wonder how many of the HM's will be bugged, hopefully they are all bug free so we don't have any grey area concerning world firsts.

Imo the "first lk kill" wasnt that important this time around it was just more important that top guilds got it down in the first lockout to get ready for the real progression.
Hopefully lk hardmode requires all other hardmodes completed so that there is no skipping over. Because lich king may not be the hardest hardmode remember ulduar where firefighter was much harder than yogg+1 or algalon the other "race bosses". And muru was leagues harder than kj.
