As title says... partnered a SV Hunter for 2s. So far, so good. But just wondering,

1. Does Tricks of the Trade work on my partner? - I've just been casting it on him whenever it coolsdown. Not 100% sure if it even works. Just want to be certain.

2. If hunter Scatter Shot > Freezing Trap then later I throw a Blind... will Blind share the same diminishing returns? - Previously I know that Poly > Poly > Poly then Blind is not on the same diminisher. Does it apply to Hunters CC as well or has all that been changed?

3. In all my days of PvP-ing, I've actually never had the chance to try: Cloak > Run into a flare and Sap/CS. Does Cloak protect from Flare?

1) Yes it works great.
2) I'm kinda tired but I think there was no DR with Blind and Freezing trap.
3) No, flares go right through it.
