So what's up with Quartz Eclipse?

I like Quartz and I liked Quartz Eclipse for the hidden cooldown but for a good while now, it's not been working and I've been using other add-ons I really don't want just to show me the hidden cooldown. Is it just me? Is Quartz no longer being supported? What's going on?

I just manage without it, but i've found the same to be true. It is a problem at times, but i manage. Would be nice to know though.

The old Quartz is no longer being updated - if you watch the "alpha" version, tho', Nevcairel's been posting a "new" version of Quartz up that uses Ace3 instead of Ace2.
