What happened to the LK "Turn ins"? (mild spoilers)

Some of the sound files that were released when 3.3.2 came out had voices from major lore characters like Uther, Jaina, and Muradin. They were listed as "Turn_In_0x" and so on. The sound files themselves were obviously from AFTER you killed the LK, and turned in some item to the said character. I killed LK and didnt see anything of these items to turn in. Is this a heroic only thing or what? Has anyone else seen these?

I was thinking maybe you would talk to the NPC with the weapon that relates to them. But how would you speak to uther?
