Building a Pre-Raid-BiS Holydin

Hey guys,

I put together what I figure would be a pre-rai-bis set for a new Holydin to gun for (essentially "guaranteed" stuff to get while pursuing even better gear):

Just wondering if anyone would critique the setup. I avoided 264 items due to cost, with the exception of Blood Nova belt which I would be willing to splurge on. Leggings of Dubious Charms is super cheap on my server, but even though it's higher iLvl, it has no haste, so...
