What is situation of Resto Druids in PVP?

I'm planning to do some PVP (BGs and some 2v2) with my paladin friend once we reach lvl80. I'll be playing as Resto and he's Retri. I haven't PVP'd since vanilla/early BC. So, my question is: How are Resto Druids doing in PVP now-a-days? I don't plan to go high-end arenas or anything like that. Just some lower bracket PVP-for-fun-action.

Really well tbh. In 1vs1 they are near impossible to kill. In 2s it would take a double dps to kill it but the sensible option would be to kill the dps instead . So yeah good luck with it and im sure you will do quite well .

grats on your triumph bought furious gear. Resto druids are fine assuming you know how to effectively pillar hump and pre-hot

I agree, Resto Druids are in a bad state at the moment.
