Need some opinions

Howdy fellow warriors, could u give me some info about improving me dps in raids? currently I'm 1st or 2nd melee dps in 25 ICC raids but in 10 mans it seems like rets/locks/ferals/rogues beat me.I don't get it what I`m doing wrong, it seems like in 10 mans I gain less rage and I must be carefull so I dont get ragestarved while on 25 man I don't really got that problem.
Any opinion about changing gear,spec,gem if apreciated and here's my armory:

there are plenty of threads, stickies and forums that explain how warriors work, how to gem, how to enchant, what your rotation should be, what stats are better then others.

if you feel like your doing something wrong, or you gem/enchant wrong, check those threads/stickies/forums, theres posts like these every day, while we can only give the same advice the others give. but their threads were intended to help you in the first place.

i dont mean to be rude, but these "can you help me? check my gear and tell me whats wrong" threads are starting to overflow.

You gemmed to much ArP. Try getting back to 722 rating. As soon as you can replace NES with DBW and get some more ICC gear (Frost Badge Gauntlets, Cape, Belt) gem for full ArP.

Nevertheless in 10 man you're normally lacking a lot of buffs which are crucial for Fury DpS (If your group setup is meele unfriendly)

I'm also topping the e-peen meter (9,5-10k at Festergut) in 25man but my DpS is nearly halfed in 10man. (Due to bad group setup :/)
