libram upgrades

as a gearing up prot and grinding all heroics should i go for the conquest libram or just take the 200 dodge triumph?
or just keep using grizzly heals and grab a new neck.. sucks having so much needed upgrades at once due to bad luck in heroics

Grab the Triumph libram, it's cheap and a huge upgrade over whatever you currently have.
