well dun mind my 2 part pvp cause having time zone problem for raiding, i do raid but for icc is like 2 weeks ago started to get in pugs.
and yea i getting to change my boots enchant to tuskarr soon, for now i know i am taking a useless enchant icewalker

last week, i got this few parts from icc10 man but i dint use it yet,

the reason is because i am having problem with my stats once i change to this items, where by i might be having problem with haste.
also i do plan to get death woven leggings but still i am not sure should i be buying my t10 legging piece? curerntly having 112 frost badge, wat should i be getting? wait for 190 badge to get t10 body + legging? how abt glove? and i still having problem with hit capp in destruction spec

i wanna replace my shard of the crystal heart soon as i get my muradin spyglasses but if i do that, i will lose my hit cap on 14%

i would like to know which item should i get with my frost badge, and the item i got from icc, which should i be using it?

but i am not sure wat to replace my cloak, also i do aim for DFO if i have the chances lol but currently i need to adjust my gear
either way i will lose lot of haste if i changing to my t10 leggings

Get 4pc T10 made up of head, chest, shoulders and gloves. Pick up gloves last, as you may get lucky in VoA. Get Leggings of Woven Death for legs. Gear everything else around maintaining a 14% hit rating... or possibly lower if you're running as Affliction.

Agree with what Jahra says about the 4 piece consisting of Head, Shoulders, Chest and Gloves. Head and Chest I advise getting as early as you can while at the same time safing to get the Leggings of Woven Death.

Do you raid as Destro or as Affliction? If you Raid as Affliction you should be specced into Suppresion giving you an extra 3% Hit Rating which should keep you at the soft cap if you have a Boomkin/Shadow Priest in your raid group. If your concerned as Destro about your Hit you could move some points over to Suppresion for the time being until you feel more confident.

If your unhappy with your Haste rating it may be worth trying to see if you can replace some Spr/SP/Crit pieces to SP/Haste/Crit or swap some Crit for Haste. I personally use the Offhand from ToGC 10 still that has Hit/Haste/SP on it alongside a Yellow Gem socket which I use a Reckless Ametrine in. (Although you could even use the Normal Version one for now)

Also if your more concerned about your overall Hit Rating you could swap the Bejeweled Wizard Bracers that you have equipped to the http://www.wowhead.com/?item=51007.

Just keep your Hit balanced at 11% with Suppresion or 14% without and you should be fine. It helps sometimes to have multiple pieces of gear that you can swap around (Depending on upgrades that drop for you or what buffs you have in Raid). I think I have about 3-5 Pieces that I swap when I change spec and a further 2 pieces on top of this if I don't have a Boomkin or Shadow Priest in either a "Trade" Raid or a Guild 10 man run.
