Venerable Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge, in my opinion. I used it for my warrior tank and it worked wonders, especially with the Crusader enchant. It feels kind of "DPS-ey," but when you're in heirlooms, threat generation is harder than survivability.

Hahaha perfect timing...i just leveled my pally prot from 15 to 80.
BoA Shoulders, Chest, and either the Badge sword or the mace.
I picked the mace cause it allowed me to heal when i hit 40 and dual spec prot/holy
insta queue times ftw. too bad my shammy im leveling cant tank =-(
