These people have also come face to face with every raid boss released thus far and defeated them, including Dragons, Demons, Illidan, Kael'thas (twice), Kel'Thuzad (twice), two of the Old Gods, and countless others.

Also remember the shattering of the iceblock comes at ~10% health. We had weaked the LK and at the point of shattering the ice block, he was focusing his energies on killing all of us.
