Explicit Content (Horde, Durotan server) is seeking a few progression minded players to fill our core raid slots. We believe in quality more than quantity. This means we prefer to keep a set core of raiders every night. Additionally, we do not play favoritism and will replace players with more skilled players without hesitation. Our current needs are everything at the moment as we are jus forming and getting started

We are currently 11/12 in 10 ICC.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. atleast 80% raid attendance (emergencies are acceptable as long as they are not every week)
2. Knowledgeable of progression boss encounters. This means knowing more than just your role!
3. High raid awareness!
4. Always come prepared!
5. You must be able to take criticism and learn from mistakes.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

1. Raid Times: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8:00pm to 11:00pm server time (EST).
2. We use epgp loot system.
3. Progress: 11/12 10ICC
4. All new recruits go through a trial period. This time allows us to evaluate your overall performance.
