you notice them this has happened, can save alot of others trouble aswell, and errors should be fixed.

Not sure what you're stating, but I was simply saying that for some reason after payment, Blizzard charged him 14 times, a charge of $1.00 (Not a subscription fee). Pretty much the same situation as this, but to a much smaller degree.

I read somewhere in that thread something about players that put their credit card on their accounts, but had long canceled their game were also being affected by it.

So to those that have or had a War account, I'd suggest you got check it just in case, it seems they even charged canceled accounts.

Hi, I am experiencing the same problem as everyone else, and now

I AM IN SERIOUS TROUBLE!!

my bank account has $2 and change in it, I have 1 diaper left, enough food to barely make a lunch, and three little boys that are expecting clean butt's and dinner tonight.

I've spoken with my bank and they said even if I dispute the extra charges it'll be over 24 hours before I can get the money back, because disputes and refunds are not processed together, they would need to have mythic cancel the refund and except the dispute, same time frame either way so I told them not to bother.

This is very very wrong, I work in a customer service field and HATE to be one of those people who say "How are you going to compensate me for this inconvenience?" But this isn't an "inconvenience" its just plain and simply putting MY CHILDREN in a situation I work very hard to insure they NEVER EVER should have to be in. Ill call mythic customer support and politely be the jerk I hate so much at my own work, but I don't like it.

I guess charging 14.99 - 16.02 multiple times to an account, two days in a row, is NOT "Stupid".


Beside, charging for changes in your character is only natural, when you in real life want to change your name, you have to pay for it one way or another, just like you have to pay to take a plane or a taxi.

This happened to my boyfriend once regarding WoW actually. Except the increments were only $1.00, adding up to $14.00. It wasn't a fee, just a billing error on Blizzard's part. But they fixed it up practically the moment he called them. <3Blizzard Customer Service. Has never given me any problems either.

Same thing sort of happened with me for Blizzard.

Bought a month of WoW time and they charged my bank $300 (Multiple charges of random amounts like $13.58 $58.19 etc). Went to the bank and it fixed itself overnight fortunately.

Anyway ontopic. Feel really sorry for them, that is extremely bad.
