Just getting back into PvP (shadow priest)

Ello guys, Im just starting to get back into pvp, as the title suggests. I last pvpd in vanilla, so an extremely long time ago. I was wondering what sort of stuff I should be gemming, is Spell Penetration any good? or should I spam spellpower gems? What is an optimal pvp spec for shadow priests?

You need 130 spell penetration. Gem for sp and sp/haste gems. Crit is bad. Have like 4% hit + the shadow hit talents.

Not sure about the best spec, it doesn't matter too much. I use 12/0/59 on my spriest. Just make sure you get inner focus, imp. Inner fire and dispel resist from disc.

Keybind, don't keyturn, look for advice, and most importantly, try it out for yourself.

Shadow is extremely strong right now, borderline overpowered in fact. You should be fine, good luck.
