In SOTA or IOC people will sit in a cannon or vehicle and just afk, never moving once and you can't report them because you cannot target them while they are inside one!
Becoming a huge problem because now in those BG's people will just AFK the entire match and not even have to move a little or whatever to stay active enough.... FIX

i'm pretty sure typing "/target <insertname>" will work, as i've used it to focus a tank during oculus while everyone is riding a drake/in a vehicle.
