Facade for my UI

Hello, fellow players. I need you help to identify one addon and help me with another:

First off I want to know; is it possible to get some kind og black facade which covers the lower part of my screen, where I've placed the panel: (im sorry if it gets too big :S im not veery good at this)<a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i39.tinypic.com/315iih5.png" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

The other thing is for my tank.
On the right side of the player is there a "half cirkel" which is green and is your HP "bar." and on the left side is a blue half cirkel which represent your mana. Whats it called?


...okay, a third thing. What is my avatar part of my UI called. When in a group it get duplicted a couple of times and I prefer GRID and ONE thingy for my target and not the whole grp =)

Use KGpanels, you can configure to whatever opacity/size/color you want, and make as many panels as needed.

KGPanels indeed can do that, though whether it creates a viewport I do not know.
A viewport is where the world view is adjusted in size and scale so that is is not drawn behind an opaque block present at the bottom, and occasionally top edge of the interface.
Sunn Art offers a basic facade, from a few pre-set styles, but for control then KGPanels is superior, just without the viewport, then you will not see anything drawn underneath that, which will typically be anything you should not be standing in.

kgPanels does not create a viewport, which is a better option here. I'd snag a simple Viewport addon, such as Aperture - it doesn't do artwork, it just modifies where the 3d world is rendered.

Oh, thanks for the help guys. Im trying out Kgpanels. trying to config it, seems hard the first time.

Honestly, I'd check out Sunn Art if you also want a viewport. Ridiculously easy to adjust the bottom frame to the size you want.
