I don't know if any1 had seen something like that b4, but here is what I found!
Mob who has GS!
Obsidia, elite level 72 Dragonkin.5253 GS. I think it wouldn't be a problem for her to find a raid nowadays.

Most likely someone on your server called 'Obsidia' that GS has seen.
I had the same with a hyena called Apollo in Dalaran.

Yup, someone on Gorefiend took the name Shabaad and whenever I get him in the faction champions it shows the gearscore.

My wolf (I'm a hunter) has 5886 GS. We are an OP team. I named the wolf after a guild member as a joke, and that was his GS at the time, so this is most likely the cause.

Saw that a good while ago :3. First time I saw the player/mob name GS overlap. Had a pretty good laugh.
