Tank/DPS Improvements

I'd like some constructive criticism on how my build/gear/gemming/etc. could be improved on both my tanking set and dps set. I raid ICC10 weekly (my realm has horrible progression) and use Frosts to build up my Prot set.

I don't think I've done too poorly with it, except for I could replace the 24 stam gems with 30 stam.

For Arms, my gs is 2550, you'll have to check it on wow-heroes.com. I'm more concerned with this build, because frankly I'm pulling shit dps and I have no idea why. I average about 3.5k on bosses and trash, with the rotation Charge -> Mortal Strike -> Rend -> Overpower/Execute -> Slam if nothing is flashing.

Things I would change:

Low level gems
10 to all stats
hodir shoulder enchant
Bladeward
titanium plating
gemming for hit
armsman
gemming for parry

Talent:
3 points waste in Iron Will
2 points waste in Improved Shield Reflection (how often do you use?)
2 points waste in Safe Guard (how often you use intervene?)

Gem:
Stam > dodge > agi > parry
ignore socket bonus if the bonus is less than 9 stam

If socket bonus is needed OR meta gem requirement
Blue: Stam
Red: Dodge + Stam OR Agi + Stam
Yellow: Defense + Stam

5% hit is more that enough.

Level your enchant to 400, get both of your ring a stam enchant.
Dump your Skinning, go for JC or Blacksmith, more stam buff!

Thanks, that last post really helped.

I'm in my arms gear atm, and only pulled 4.2k dps on Marrowgar 25 today. That fucking blows, please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Other than the fact that I have 2 pieces of pvp gear.
