We are an international guild, a result of a recent merge of Idlewild and Syndicate. We have been raiding as two guild and have experience from all the way back in Upper Blackrock Spire and Molten Core, up to the latest Lich King campaign in the Icecrown Citadel. We joined our forces into a single guild to strengthen our position on the server. It's now been a month and we have now opened up recruitment in our search for players looking to stay with us through the Summer and in the new expansion.

Right now we are in need of the following:
1 Holy Paladin - Any offspecs are helpful but no means required. You should have great situational awareness.
1+ Elemental Shamans- would be a core raid spot so we are looking to recruit somebody extremely active
1 Resto Shaman- This could potentially be a core raid spot assuming you play well and can attend close to 100%
1 Warlock - This would be a core raid spot so we are looking to recruit somebody extremely active
1 Feral(Tank) Druid - Ideally you would have a dps offspec, Also looking to be a core raider with near 100% attendance
Exceptional candidates are always welcome, regardless of class/spec. Blizzard is making raids easier to form come Cataclysm so all are wellcome.
What we require from you
• You are a nice sociable person that intends to become part of the Collusion community.
• You are a team player, if you are a reliable player you will be rewarded with a regular spot, but we still may require you to sit out for a night to test new recruits or if a boss requires a certain setup.
• That you have a reliable connection, a PC capable of running world of warcraft at a playable level and have security measures in place to prevent account hacking.
• We prefer you to be over the age of 18, while exceptions will be made for exceptional applications. Do not apply if you are under 16.
• You should be able to raid at least 3 out of 4 raids (75% attendance). Not being able to reliably attend Wednesday and Thursday raids will severely harm your application.
• You should know your class inside out and regularly keep yourself updated. This goes beyond the point of melee hit cap is 8% to understanding crit and haste caps, the mechanics behind your class and how to get the most from the gear you have.
• Your gear is fully optimised with the best available enchants and gems. PvP gear is a big no no!
• You can afford all necessary repairs, flasks and general upkeep of your character.
• You should regularly familiarise yourself with the boss tactics before attending encounters.
• You have ventrilo installed and can understand what is being said in English enough for language not to be an issue. Being able to speak on vent during encounters is required for tanks and greatly helps your application.
What to expect in return
• A fun raiding environment amongst a group of players from many different countries, some of who have played together since vanilla.
• A fair loot system: EPGP. This is automated and so no officer decision will influence your access to gear. While trials will require two weeks before they have the same access to the best gear, expect to pick up many epics.
• Progression over the Summer. The recent merger has begun to create a new core of players that we hope to take through into Cataclysm and beyond. While we are currently, like many guilds, struggling filling raids, we believe we can offer those that wish to play regularly all year round what you are looking for.
• We work as a team in everything we do - our officers seek input from all raiders on key decisions. Everything from recruitment process to loot distribution is a team effort.
