Trauma HC or Lockjaw HC for a paladin (Holy Light focus)?

I've been hearing a lot of debates about this. I think at the moment the hot and the extra sp gives Trauma an advantage over Lockjaw but i'm not sure how it is when you weigh up the stats/proc and if its just going to cause extra over-healing. I mean Lockjaw gives you 51 haste, 11 intel and 29 mp5 which seems pretty meh in comparison.

What do you guys think?

The proc from Trauma is pitiful for Paladins, because it come procs from direct HL, FoL, or HS casts.

It does not benefit from:

BoL Healing
JoL
HL glyph
FoL DoT

Looking at some old logs from my guild, it shows Trauma doing as little as 2% of the paladins healing(up to a max of about 5% some fights), therefore i'd say definately go with Hc Lockjaw.

As a Holy Paladin with Trauma I would happily trade it in for a Heroic Lockjaw if I had the chance as the proc does next to no healing for me.
