Help: Belt of Omission or Circle of Ossus?

I have 60 emblems, I find myself often dipping under the hit cap and as a result have to replace some gems for +hit gems, so Belt of Omission (http://www.wowhead.com/item=50996) seems like a good option, but everything else says to go for Circle of Ossus (http://www.wowhead.com/item=50997).
My stats are:
+292 Hit
+627 Haste
2904 Spellpower

You are 3% above the hitcap so i would go with Circle of Ossus if you really need a new waist but really you should try and get the belt off Marrowgar as it is better than both those options.

That belt is a lie.

Anyway for fire it might be more optimal to get the omission and switch out other hit gear as things with spirit are always subpar.
