Assassination to Combat

I am switching from assassination to combat shortly, I was curious on what to buy next with my frost badges.

the red gems are being replaced with 20 arp
yellow gems with 10 agility and 10 haste

I'll go right ahead and say Vengeful Noose. You won't need the expertise on the belt you are using atm. Gemming ArP before you reach a certain amount of the stuff from gear alone generally isn't advisable. That might be a moot point since you have NES though, not sure of where the rogue community stands on that one. I'm not sure where the point where gemming ArP is "ok" is at but I believe it to be around 700 ArP or so, if going for regular hardcap. Also, get a spreadsheet if you haven't done so already.
