Technically, we are not sure. They are the oldest of the dragons, but if they're actually related we do not know (even if they do call each other sister/brother.)

[Spoiler, ignore if you don't wanna know.] If I remember correctly from one of the Cataclysm threads/videos/etc that I've read/watched recently, he kidnaps her for reasons and I believe one of the lines he used was going to use her for some 'fun.' Trying to find the thread to make sure though.
