how to disable action bars sync

So i got two computers, a laptop and desktop. Both have different keybindings and slightly different spells on actionbars within the same spec. I tried tweakWoW to disable all 4 tweak options wich work great but my buttons on action bars are still uploading to server and screwing up my config. Any way to disable it? Im talking about the placement of spells on my actionbars only, not macros or keybindings.

Tweakwow offers no such option.
As far as I know that cannot be disabled providing that you are still using the default button slots, which the default UI, plus most bar replacement addons do.
The exception to this as far as I know is Macaroon, but I found that to be less than intuitive to set up.
Another option is an addon which can save your button layouts/bindings etc in a profile.
So you could have one set up on each, where you just load the profile applicable to the computer you are on.
ActionBar Saver @ Wowinterface is one such option maybe.
