Wintergrasp Commendations.

So. My question is: Are wintergrasp commendations gonna disappear in cata or are them still gonna be useful in 85? Please answer asap

No they will not fall into disrepair, they don't have any durability in the first place.

Well, wouldn't it be possible to get 500 arena points converted into the honor items, bring 1billion of WG commendations with you... buy the 85 starting set that doesn't require rating in 80, use the items in 80 after the purchases?

Also, will WG and WG quests disappear?

EDIT: something must disappear... Or you can get every purchasable item at level 80 for when you ding 85.

I doubt that they will disappear, you most-likely just won't do the quests anymore since there will be other daily quests available for honor points.

There was a blue post not so long ago, that answered the same type of question.

They said that you should not farm anything (badges or Honor or whatever) from Wotlk. Because you wont be able to buy anything from Cata for it.

Its not because they keep referring to something called honor points, that Wotlk honor will count as cata honor.

You can farm about a thousand of those things before the expansion gets here, thats almost 2 million honor = the full set of honor pvp items before anyone that didnt farm it actually did a bg.

Pretty logic tbh, you don't expect to farm triumphs so you can get the first badge epics from cata too.
