resto sham 3s and 5s

So shaman pvp is wicked fun, who knew that behind all the Q.Q we're pretty decent! anyway. . .
I'm running a blood dk/resto sham (me) comp in 2s right now and i finally broke 1500! But i keep hearing everyone say that shammys dont really shine in 2s, they are more suited to 3s and 5s.

What kind of comps are good for a resto shammy in 3s and 5s?

Someone told me people bring rshams to 5s to drop totems and be a chain heal bot. Whats our role in these comps?

(I know spell cleave/beast cleave is usually the go to for pvp shamans and although i have a decent ele pvp set i have no interest in swappin to ench or ele)
