I have q uestion in regards to Bolvar.

This may sound like a really noobish question but, upon killing Arthas in ICC, Bolvar assumes the role of the new lich king or jailor of the damned, whatever have you. Bolvar says that the dragons flame made him the way he is. So my question is, the dragons ressurected him, only to be captured by the scourge trying to break his will right? Why didnt the dragons just take him back to wyrmrest temple, instead of allowing him to be captured. And I remember hearing a rumor about how maybe it was deathwing who possessed him after he was ressurected by the dragons flame, basically allowing him to become a new lich king, to corrupt sylvanas into basically creating a new army and launching Azeroth into more of a cataclysm. Anybody think theres any substance to this?

When putting out the plague he was burned and kept alive by it, probably unconcious
So no one even noticed he was there

If you go and talk to alexsrtasza at th site of the wrath gate she says somehing along the lines of "his fate has been sealed" which means that she KNOWS what Bolvar is to become and she let's him be captured and let's people beleive he is dead.

i think that rumor is an attempt to troll. since Nerzhul would have corrupted Bolvar to become the new lich. and i dont see how bolvar being the new lich would end up being the reason for 'corrupting' sylvannas to create a new amry and aid in the cataclysm of azeroth.

Sylvannas just wants her forsaken army to keep growing and has no other way but raise the dead. she only uses it as a last resort. and Deathwing took the oppertunity of everyone being in Northrend leaving Azeroth undefended to crash through.
