Yup, and I remember the times when patch day went on for over a week because of how badly things were implimented & how buggy their updates were. Now you can usually have all your add-ons up to date on the same day as patch day at least.
Improve in some areas, fall short in others. =P

I remember the days where Tuesday always meant a 6-8 hour maintenance, no exceptions.

when Blizzard stopped doing maintenance for a month until the servers ground to a screeching halt.
In mediocre MMOs, people complain about some classes.
In good MMOS, no one complains about any classes.
In the best MMOS, people complain about every class.
