The Guild:
<Big Crits> is recruiting raiders that are interested in Heroic Icecrown Citadel progression and beyond in Cataclysm. Big Crits is a recently formed raiding guild composed of players from all types of raiding experience. We have players that have completed many ICC hard modes, and we have players that are skilled and are just now getting their feet wet in raiding. In the short time that the guild has been together we are already progressing through hard modes in Icecrown Citadel (11/12) and are progressing on Heroic Halion before the Lich King. We don’t put in the obscene hours that the top tier guilds do, but we accomplish a lot in the little time we raid.
Big Crits is also a web series about real people conquering a virtual world (see below), with new episodes released on a weekly basis.
Schedule:
Tues, Weds, Sat, Sun – 8:00pm til 11:00pm EST ~ 12hrs/week
Class Needs:
Currently we are recruiting the following classes:
Druid: HIGH - Balance (1)
Rogue: HIGH - (2)
Warlock: Medium (1)
Mage: Low

Death Knight: Low
Shaman: Low
Warrior: Low
Paladin: Low
Exceptional applicants of all classes are encouraged to apply.
What We Expect:
We expect raiders who see their characters as an extension of themselves and those who take pride in their performance. Big Crits raiders are skilled at their role, situationally aware, and are able to adapt to changing situations as the encounters demand. We need people who we can trust to do their assignments as they are able to depend on the rest of us.
Raiding is many things to many people, but in all cases it should be fun. Big Crits tries to balance that fun element with the spirit of progression and challenging ourselves to do more than the bare minimum. If you are a jerk or a troll or someone who focuses on loot and little else, Big Crits may not be the best place for you.
Loot is handled using a modified zero-sum DKP system. It keeps loot relatively drama free and we have had good luck using this system in the past.
The show primarily focuses on the raiders themselves, and the challenges that the guild faces and overcomes in the context of the raid. The guild has several “featured” raiders that appear on camera in addition to their avatars in game. Anyone can be a featured raider and it is not uncommon that a featured raider will stop being featured if they stop raiding.
