I know everyone says get beserking for your weapons. But i was just thinkin if your not arp capped would it be stupid to get Executioner on your weapons, since it procs Arp?

Since the hardcap is reachable with gear and gems then it makes more sense to gem and gear to the hardcap.

If you are not hardcapped and have an ArP proc-trinket it makes more sense to gem and gear to the softcap with eventual plans to replace the trinket and get to the hardcap.

If you are nowhere near soft or hardcap it's still better to just have the AP from Berserking over the ArP from executioner.

If you just want an enchant that looks sweet, then by all means go executioner.

There was a time where executioner on the offhand was like 5 dps better, but that time is gone now
