Anyone know why vigilance is linked to concussive blow? Does nt seem logical and forces what some may see as an unnecessary talent point spend.

to be honest, I'd rather see vigilance as the wasted talent point than concussion blow. for reasons check my recent posts in other threads.

and to be honest again, the current talent trees - at least for prot - are just perfect. you have exactly 0 talents which you are not able to not maximize. the only exception is a full self heal build, you only get 2/3 incite there. but everything else the talents are just perfectly balanced, so even if you would be able to put that talent out - where would you want to put it instead? for the mentioned specs, also check my recent posts in other threads.
