No more feral cat/bear changes?

I love feral, But im still personly working out how kitty step ravage will work well in raids, Fights where there is alot of movement i see it working well kitty step and ravage the targets face off, but at the target of a fight will we kitty step, ravage spam (till buff gone) then do normal rotation after that? with mangle - rake - shred - rip and so on (You would have SR already up i guess as of the 1st Ravage.
