Depends on your server's economy. Most lower level things are much cheaper now due to flying in Azeroth, but certain materials will still be hard to come by on the auction house alone. Your best bet would be to pick up mining and herbalism and go to town. You can google 'Alchemy 1-525' and find a guide that has a list of all the materials you need. Same can be done for JC.

Alchemy is easy peasy mac and cheesy to level, seriously. Until you get waaaay up there, its super cheap.
