4.0.1 Game Streaming

So i got home today and opened the launcher and now i have to Stream the game to play it... its not like i have the game on my computer already.. so my question is, is there any way to turn this streaming off or am i forced to play the game and relog every 20~ yards when the screen goes black and crashes on me?

You cannot turn the streaming off per se, but you can allow the game to fully Download 100% of Game Data.
To do this, just open up the Launcher program and let it sit there, instead of clicking the Play Button.

The Streaming feature was provided so that players who choose to do so may log in to the game when there is
a patch and download the Data as needed, rather than being asked to wait for the full download to complete.

You will know when all Game Data is installed when there is No progress bar on the Launcher screen.
