Confirmed: Anzu SH

Long time reader, first time poster.
A few threads back someone asked if the change was there or if it was the druid that did it.

I hereby confirm a druid is NOT needed to summon Anzu.
He is already there!
I am on my prot warrior alt, went in, and he is there. If he drops it still is yet to be seen ofc...

Starting today after the rolling restarts this morning it seems that on most (if not all) servers there is no more need to summon anzu.

He is just waiting and willing to be knocked down for a chance at the mount.

I didn't do anything special, and yes this on live servers.
I just walked in, skipped the first boss (hug the wall) and fight your way through packs.

I just killed it, but no mount.

Going to do it on my paladin to ^^

It would be the most annoying thing to happen. No drop for me with my druid after a hundred try... and NOW everybody will go in and have better luck.

If it's Blizz' intentions to make Anzu a regular boss, i'd almost bet my ol' tweed hat that they removed the mount as a drop from him.., simply based on the very odd drop chance it had when it could only be summoned.

Blizzard has CLEARLY stated that they didn't change ANYTHING on the drop chances for EVERY mount.
It still drops at it's normal drop chance.

They changed the room a bit, they removed the Trash completly, added some Spirits and spawned him :P

Because you used to aggro the entire room when you pulled the boss before clearing the trashmobs.
