Shield Blocking

I'm confused how Blocking works now a little bit. normal block 30% damage. Critical block 60% damage.

Does our chance of critically blocking based on our crit chance or w/e the Mastery crit chance is?

mouse over the mastery stat... itll tell you how often you critically block (which just means you block double and has no effect from crit)
