Blizzard Raidframes

Is there a way to turn off blizzard's default raid frames? i use grid for mine, but the default ones keep popping up. I looked in the main menu and i couldnt find anything.

if you click the arrow on the left side of the screen when the frames are up, you can click on hide to hide them.
