Is this craftable now in the latest patch, or will it be in 4.0.3a? I really don't want to cough up a retarded amount of gold for it. :P

I'm unsure if it's going to be in the Sundering, or not until Cata, but it really won't be needed until we're into Cata dungeons, so I'd say just hold off until you see it
