A "gold sink" is a way of reducing the amount of gold circulating on the realm (and has nothing to do with Blizzard's bank accounts).

Wont happen and tbh. It isnt usefull if you have characters who dont have aristan. A better idea would be to do a - 1000 gold if one has bought it.

But in my opinion just keep it at 5k for each char (cause you can easily get that amount atm )

Also suggestion's like this are better off posted on the official forums.

It is a luxury.
Faster than 150% is not strictly necessary, since anything beyond that only gets you from A to B faster.
It does not give you anything new, only faster.
The cost is fine.

Without moneysinks the enchanting mats/gems etc will cost several thousand gold so be happy.
