I was in a PuG once where the leader asked me if I could heal. I kindly pointed out that I was a mage, to which he replied "yes, u a mage" followed by "so can u heal?" And yes, this was at lvl 80.

I've had tanks skip even the first boss there, so all that gets killed is the vampire dude and the final boss. I don't see why people skip bosses to save time, when mostly they just go run circles in Dalaran after.

Yeah I guess some people are missing a few screws in their heads, but what can you expect? We got what, 12 million people playing this game was it? For every brain thats spilling astro physics out of his head, there's a guy who's never read a book in his life. I've been playing this game since WoW release and I've seen my share too.

One thing before ridiculing someone though... A hunter asking you whether strength is the main stat may not exactly be experienced with this game. He might be a lvl 5 hunter and really new! Last night I saw a guy level up from 30 to 60 in two seconds and earned 20 different achievements along with it. It was crazy, but there are hacks now apparently that let people get to top levels really fast... My point: some top levels now may be noobs... lol. Names that are spelled incorrectly too... what if the name was already taken and they didn't have an option? I wanted to name one of my alts "Midnight," but since it was already taken I named him "Midnyte." Doesn't have to mean that I'm illiterate/dumb. Healers not healing, DPSers being ignorant... well I agree with you and a lot of peeps out there; they need to get /facepalmed.

I do the exact same thing now, lol. Turtles ftw! That little noise and action it does when you're standing still and press the space bar... I could spend hours in front of the bank doing that!

Oh the 4.0 prot paladin who needed on a spirit mace who insisted that as a "caster" he needed it to regen mana faster, duh. Who then proceeded to make 3 toons on my realm to spam mail messages and tells that "i'm a noob and should learn to play my class." Yes we know spirit helps regen, but not in combat unless you're a healer >.<

Sounds like the hunter on my realm who had rowan's rifle of silver bullets equiped and was pulling 4k dps in ICC 25, then tried to tell me I suck when I was pulling 10k+ plus on nearly every boss encounter. My auto-attack was doing more dmg. Everyone loves a baddie!

Was in a group with a warrior who couldn't AoE tank if his life depended on it, and sucked pretty bad at single-target too. He had full ICC gear with a shield from the actual raid, meaning he had some raiding experience, or, at the very least, bought his account from someone who did.

When I asked him why he didn't use Rend and Thunderclap, he replied:
"Rend is only good every 10 sec when it stuns people."
"Also, why use Thunderclap when I have Shockwave?"

I was running a random heroic, and it turns out to be ToC. So we're going and we kill the first 2 bosses, and i finally noticed that a Tauren DK was rolling need on everything. I called him out and he goes, "lol i don't care if you dun lik it you can kik me"

So he promptly got dropped from group for reason, "Douche".

We lawled and i dps tanked the black knight and we won 4 man no prob. Tards abound.

I was pulling allot of aggro one time off a tank, so I checked out his gear. I then noticed he didn't have very good gear. So I said 'Ok, thats fine, I will just tone it down a bit.". So I do this, and I still pull off the tank. I keep toning down my dps so much, that I need to start auto attacking. Guess what, I still pulled aggro from this "tank".

So I said "Fuck it!" I rend, thunderclap, sweeping strikes, and bladestorm the hell out of the adds. Anyways, I die. Then I ask the priest why he let me die so slowly without a heal, he said "Learn to control your fucking aggro!".

Funny since I never had that problem before with pulling aggro off a tank, going balls out, let alone pulling aggro with my auto attacks. Figured the healer would you know, heal the group. But he refused to heal me, then when we got to the tunnel in POS, he quit the group, and we wiped.

Gotta love dumb healers, and oblivious tanks. But even when I toned my dps down, auto attacking, I was still pulling more dps than either one of them in the group.

Well, I guess I'll tell mine from yesterday...

I had already done the 4 elemental bosses and quests on my alt... but I was farming them for the shield that drops... I had started waiting 10 seconds at the start so everyone could pick up the quest, I did that, then started pulling... by the 3rd trash pack on the wind dude, someone was like... "WAIT A SECOND DICK STOP TRYING TO GREIF YOU WORTHLESS IDIOT"... I found it funny he was raging and that 10 seconds wasn't long enough for him to pick up the quest, so I decided to go ahead and pull the boss too... well, turns out no one picked up the quest and everyone was cussing me and said "Well fine, you kill him alone then"... So I did, and 2 minutes later "That just proves paladins are overpowered, scrub".

Maybe I'll start allowing 5 minutes to pick up the quest?

OP- You sir, need to unplug from the game for a couple months and let reality sink in. This is a game, yes there are plenty of flighty, dumb and retarded people out there but attempting to judge intelligence from video game prowess is...well...dumb.

Some people actually play the game as a game and never really invest themselves into it like, for example, you do. I do also. Some people have kids who log on and play. Do you think my 8 year old gives a fuck about stats? All he cares about is running around hunting wabbits.
